We stand behind every wallet we make. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 calendar days of receiving it — no questions asked.

This exceeds the minimum 14-day right of withdrawal required under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

02Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging with all included accessories
• Returned within 30 calendar days of delivery

Items showing signs of use, customer-caused damage, or not in original condition may not qualify for a full refund. We will notify you before processing any partial refund.

03How to Start a Return

Email us at info@coldfirebrand.com with:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for return (optional, but helpful)

We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

04Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• We strongly recommend a trackable shipping service. COLDFIRE is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
• For defective or incorrectly sent items, we will provide a prepaid return label.

05Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued within 14 days to your original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error or a product defect.

06EU Statutory Warranty

All products are covered by a 2-year statutory warranty under EU law (Sale of Goods Directive 2019/771/EU):

• Defects present at the time of delivery are covered for 2 years
• Defects appearing within 12 months of delivery are presumed to have existed at delivery
• Available remedies: repair, replacement, price reduction, or full refund

07COLDFIRE Commercial Warranty

All COLDFIRE products carry a 5-year commercial warranty covering manufacturing defects, material failure, and structural performance: if your product stretches, swells, or permanently loses its shape under normal use within its stated capacity, we will repair or replace it.

The warranty does not cover normal cosmetic wear, accidental damage, or misuse. This commercial warranty applies in addition to, and does not limit, your 2-year EU statutory rights described above. Full terms: coldfirebrand.com/pages/warranty

08Non-Returnable Items

The following are excluded from returns (where permitted by law):

• Items personalized or custom-made to your specifications
• Items returned after the 30-day window without a valid warranty or defect claim

09Exchanges

To exchange a product, return the original item following the process above and place a new order. This is the fastest way to receive your replacement.

10Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without reference to conflict of laws principles.
